Testimonials One of the key reason for the great success is Grigor’s excellent ability to connect with staff at all levels. He made a special effort to bring the whole company on board with the programme and took personal responsibility to work with those individuals and teams that were struggling with the idea. I would strongly recommend Grigor to any company looking to improve. Managing Director – Christchurch Grigor is one of those employees who are very hard to find in the tight NZ labour market. He is professional, courteous, efficient, goal focused, friendly, has a sense of humour and is very customer focused – Director People Capability – Wellington He has represented himself and his country in a highly commendable manner and it has been an honour to have worked with him. He is both a soldier of the highest caliber and a fine person. Always thoroughly professional and proactive, he was a superb role model for all those with whom he came in contact. On behalf of the NZ Army, I congratulate you for maintaining your professionalism, loyalty and courage as a soldier. Your seniors, peers and subordinates will miss your professional attitude and approach – Major General Jerry Mateparae, Chief of Army

Testimonials Until we were able to secure an executive team, Patsy managed the finance, HR, IT and administration requirements of our office, while also undertaking a comprehensive systems and process review. Her extensive network secured the right resource at the right time; her energy and commitment was enormous and I recall often finding her at her desk at 1.00am, even on weekends and always with a smile. Our very significant progress as an organisation over these last four years would have been impossible without the base that Patsy helped me build. Anake Goodall, Chief Executive, Te Runanga o Ngai Tahu With Patsy, things get done, even those really tough things that most people are too afraid to touch. Tenaciousness and a strong results orientation ensure that promises made are delivered upon. Patsy is a teacher, a coach, a facilitator and a project manager; she is equally at home in any of these roles. Group General Manager People and Performance Patsy’s application, energy and innovative thinking contributed hugely to Outward Bound over the years. I have developed the greatest admiration for her attitude, abilities and her achievements. Patsy has great people skills and listens well to all opinions before making a decision.
